the staff was very helpful . eric assisted me with kitchen access late at night, so i could heat my food. i found this quite accommodating. the coffee machine in the entrance area was useful and convenient. overall, it helped start my days well.
the windows in my room were not very soundproof. this meant i could hear quite a bit of street noise throughout the night.

the hotel is near several main streets. this provides easy access to public transport. i noticed several bus stops close by and a grocery store nearby. this made getting around and purchasing necessities easy.

the room was clean. this much i expected.
The noise level was unacceptable. I could hear people snoring in the next room and loud noises from the street. this hotel is in a very bad area near the civic center with lots of homeless. i was really afraid to walk outside because it felt unsafe.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.
I was not happy with the noise level. Street noise was very noticeable even on a higher floor. additionally, the immediate surroundings felt unsafe, with a visible presence of homeless individuals near the hotel entrance (this made evening walks unpleasant).
